Appointments
New Patients: Per your request, we will reserve individual time with the Doctor. This is time set aside especially for you. Initial Doctor appointments for new patients will take approximately 2 hours. The initial appointment time will allow us ample time to complete your comprehensive medical history review, take any necessary radiographs, Oral facial photographs, Periodontal measurements (used to help diagnose periodontal disease), Comprehensive Doctors exam (including Oral cancer screaning), as well as discuss your suggested dental treatment in detail.
Missed Appointments: Because you have requested to reserve time with our office, we respectfully request a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your reserved appointment. We do understand that emergencies do sometimes arise and we will do our best to accommodate true emergencies. When patients miss pre scheduled appointments, their dental treatment is prolonged as well as prevents other patients from being seen for necessary dental care. Please note that our office charges a no show fee if we do not receive a 48 hour cancelation notice. After 3 no shows, we may request that you transfer your records to another dental office.p>
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Your estimated patient portion will be due at time of service. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 30 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
